It is not just a book for Kiswahili speakers. There are many versions of it. The character was white before it was translated. Beautiful drawings Alexander Pratyev The book is amazingly drawed. So beautiful! I am only starting to learn kiswahili so for me text is useful too. Pictures are unconventional, showing a big fantasy of an artist, someone may like them totally like me, someone may not so much.
