What I will say is that some suspension of disbelief is always necessary, more so in a book . Amazon Customer said Disappointing Dean Koontz novel. Ashley Bell was by far the worst Dean Koontz book that I have ever read. I ordinarilylike to read anything new by this author, and for the most part I have. However, for me,this book was extremely hard to follow. Koontz created characters that had no real reasonto exist except to confuse the reader.
