No complaints here! Arrived promptly and with the access code! Can't really complain too much. The online resources are extremely helpful. Also a little thing to know is that if you buy it new (or used with an online code) you CAN access the ebook version of it ONLINE. So you get both a physical book and an online e-book, which, is VERY convenient to have ESPECIALLY if you're "required" to bring in your text to class every week.. Good first semester book I can honestly say this is a good book for your first semester of nursing school. I know a lot of my classmates would disagree with me, but I feel that the majority of my questions could be answered from this book. My only complaint is that sometimes this book goes in to so much detail about subjects that you'd think you were going to school to be a physician instead of a nurse.
