This book will surely be greatly criticized (as, I suspect, will any positive reviews of it) by those who despise Bill O'Reilly. Yes, his name is attached to it and he introduces it, but all the rest is by David Fisher. The book is actually quite engaging and informative (no matter who wrote it), and though I am not an historian, I found nothing in it of a substantive nature to find fault with.
