"it is a great read of what a firemen sees and goes through" according to Em. I find the book to be very detailed on how the FDNY operates and the terminology so that those who are not fire service people or not familiar with the FDNY can understand what he is talking about . it is a great read of what a firemen sees and goes through in the inner city the death and destruction of buildings and people .you get to read about the highs and lows of life. FDNY hero tells it like it isand how it wason THAT DAY.
