This is the Bible I've Been Looking For! Jack Parker Living in this world today is tough. And it's only getting harder. That caused me to examine my life in light of the scriptures (1, 2, and 3 John as well as Hebrews and James) and see where my priorities and my love really lie. This led to a lot of changes and one of those changes was to forsake all the things in this world that have no affect on eternity and spend more and more time in the scriptures, seeking to come as close to Him as is possible for a human being to do. It also led me to examine WHY I believe what I believe. Is it because "that's th. "A little quirky, but good." according to Kathy T.. I'm a wide margin Bible fan. This is my third one. The combo of the single column and two inch margin is quite nice. My two previous wide margin Bibles were double column which made writing in the inner margin difficult. The single column layout on this is superior. And the font is a nice size. At first, I was concerned about the flap and wondered if it would be a problem. It does take some getting used to. It actually provides an feature I had not considered - it gives a perfect place to carry a pen. It does come with a pen holder sewn into the leathe. "Color of the Bible" according to Amazon Customer. While I'm happy with how the Bible is set up inside, I am disappointed in the color of the Bible. The picture online shows a darker brown color, whereas mine is lighter. Not a big deal, but I do wish the picture was more accurate to what the product really looks like.
