The author says a potential homebuyer, looking up at the new home listings on the Internet, should eliminate the adjectives, such 'fantastic', 'marvelous', 'charming' etc describing the house, neighborhood or some parts of both. I wished these guys had been around when I was forced to suffer through the required econ courses. As a bonus, you can enjoy their great wit and sense of humor as you turn each page. As soon as I finished, I immediately purchased "Super Freakonomics" and was not disappointed. Looking forward to their third book.

Freakonomics establishes this unconventional premise: If morality represents how we would like the world to work, then economics represents how it actually does work. The secrets of the Klu Klux Klan. Freakonomics is a groundbreaking collaboration between Levitt and Stephen J. All it takes is a new way of looking. The inner workings of a crack gang. He is a much-heralded scholar who studies the riddles of everyday life—from cheating and crime to sports and child-rearing—and whose conclusions turn conventional wisdom on its head.
