I haven't knit any of the patterns yet (I just received the book last week), but I love the patterns included and know friends and family will enjoy receiving these knitted mittens as gifts! Most of the designs are animal-inspired and are definitely not the standard geometric repeating designs that many Scandinavian books offer, so if you're looking for an uber-traditional book of patterns this probably isn't the book for you.
