After receiving, I've found numerous additional recipes that are wonderful!The instructions are very clear and complete. Some may feel that some of the steps noted are overkill ., not me. I find them EXTREMELY helpful.One of my Grandmother's recipes that no one else could ever match (until I very carefully watched her :) ) included a step that if NOT followed, completely changed the taste of the dish.
