I just love smoothies, and finding this book has made me love it even more. It’s such a nice thing to be able to discover amazing recipes which can aid in improving one’s health. And in here, I was able to learn about some smoothie recipes which are suitable for athletes. I may not be a runner, but I believe that the recipes contained in this guide will help me energize my body. And so, I am definitely keeping this in my Kindle library..
