"Five Stars" according to nadias. Wonderful. Thought it was a hard cover but still very nice and pretty illustrations. Pretty decent book Dasha I bought this book to read to my son as I want him to speak both Russian and English languages. I'm Russian and my husband is American so we are raising a bi-lingual childwell, trying. The quality of the book is great. I didn't expect that but even paperback is thick and paper is high quality. The fairy tales are just like I remember them from my childhood. The only downside is that it's too short. I wish there were more stories in it or series of books.. Russian fairytales with Bilibin illustrations Aafke-Art This book was a gift to a little friend who reads Russian. I do not. I brought it for her to practice, and for the illustrations of Bilibin. I had Bilibin books myself as a child and loved them. He is such a good artist. Unfortunately this book is fairly cheaply produced and the reproductions are not very good, the colors are faded. Still made a good present.
