Very Helpful ResearchGirl I bought this book to help me write my soap notes while in nurse practitioner school. Although the book is listed as "family medicine," it also includes OB, peds, derma, ortho and psych. This book was very helpful to me and my teachers always complimented me on my work. I have recommended this book to oth. Shells said Very Basic. 1 small page of a very basic review for some common diagnoses with vague basic information. I think the format is perfect for students on the wards and allows quick and easy access to only the relevant information needed to be a successful student in the hospital.
