The recipes are really very good, and make it easy to adapt them to your families and your own taste, by removing things you like or replacing them with something you do like or just adjust it to your own taste.. Great cookbook. Denise Fantastic! I love it. Very basic instructions, how to set up kitchen, pantry, what equipment your kitchen should have.I am an experience cook I believe its a good teaching book. It helps to know how to cook but a beginner may have a hard time with the recipes at first but its a good teaching book. Just follow what he says.
