I get what Mr. Sinek is going for, here, but it didn't resonate with me. Maybe if I hadn't read his other books, this would be an interesting introduction to some of the themes he focuses on, but it didn't communicate the importance of those themes as clearly as his writing, and it felt oversimplified.I'm still very much looking forward to what he does next, which is why I don't want to leave a lower review - but I'd highly recommend getting Start With Why over this, an.
