Adoette I haven't been studying Japanese very long, but I've already figured out that I'd just as soon not try another book written entirely in kana.Please know that this review is for the kindle edition.This book employs kanji (most of which are very simple) when it needs to and they are well within the reach of the average beginner reader (either age or experience wise).The kanji for microscope is the sole exception for that. The text is not zoomable at all once it "focuses" on that section of the page. I was able to make up enoug.
