The format of using questions from folks who he's come across in traveling the world provides for broad spectrum, almost too broad. I also like his basic philosophy of openness, transpareny, and candor.. Motivational read Inspiring read for effective leadership, lots of fresh and sometime new ideas, with common sense confirming why we act on or do certain things.
Perhaps the funniest question in this section comes at the very end, posed originally by a businessman in Frankfurt, who queried Welch on whether he thought he'd go to heaven (we won't give away the ending).
