"It works if you work it." according to AZN8TV. This is well thought out and planned.I am no stranger to the concept of 12 steps and the work that needs to be done to bring about change.I did not purchase the Paths to Recovery book, but am using the Al Anon 12 & 12, per recommendation of my sponsor. Any part of this that refers the P2R book, I just skipped.I find the question and answer format of this workbook easy to use. The questions are very in-. "bookwork not stepwork" according to Dara. a lot of the questions in the workbook are just looking for quotes, I was hoping for something more personalized.. Ginger said Four Stars. I think my Al-Anomn group will get good use of this workbook.
