GHester said Fun but Incomplete. I would definitely recommend this with one big caveat. Just like Court of Owls and Zero Year, DC has broken up the Superheavy story into two separate volumes. What you're getting here is an introduction to the new Batman and a glimpse at the villain he'll be facing off against. Unfortunately, this volume doesn't re. "Batman vol 8" according to Amazon Customer. A great and interesting new take on batman and what he means to Gotham city. There's also a new and scary villain he has to take down.
