MeliMama Bought this book to help my 2 year old give up his binky. We read it several times in 2 days and then asked our little one if he was ready to give the binky to the binky fairy like Ben. He was and it worked!!! Never asked for it again And he loves the toy truck the binky fairy brought him I would definetly recommend this to other parents!. It's ok, language too advanced for children Amazon Customer The language is too old for any child I think. "What shall I do mommy?" no child talks like that. I ended up making up my own words for the story, using the same concepts. Also, when Ben tells the fairy he still really wants his pacifiers, her solution is when he misses his pacifier to think of his favorite food. I didn't like the concept of always thinking of food when my son wants his pacifier, so I exchanged that to snuggle with your teddy, since the boy has one in the pictures and my son has one he sleeps with.
