Needless to say I am NOT impressed.. BSM said Missing pages and duplicates. After page number 1Missing pages and duplicates BSM After page number 148, the page skips to 165 so I am missing 3 MDD diagnosis. Then I have duplicates from page 165 to 180. It's a shame that the printing company made this mistake.
