The overall content has not changed much. Thus, for students who prefer a more colorful presentation, this edition is a worthwhile investment. It benefits from a high level of illustration, including a variety of pictures, diagrams and even cartoons, some of which are in colourwhich are an appealing and welcome break from the textual presentation of epidemiological theory. It is also ranked the highest by my students. The major change from the fourth to fifth edition is the addition of more color to the tables and figures. Be AwarePage Numbers Not Included The regular Windows version of Kindle can't do a page search.fortunately, the cloud version will do a page searchalthough it took the first tech who took my call forty minutes of trouble shooting with no resolution before hanging up on me to determine that. The second tech new enough to have me use the cloud version.After an escalation that went to four people, I was at least able to get one book. "Epidemiology Bible" according to Pinkberry. This book helped me master the epidemiology so very much. I received a grade of A+ on my final epidemiology paper and exam. And it impressed my professor so much that professor stored my paper for the future reference in the exams for students.This is the best book for epidemiology.. Poorly written I used this book as a textbook. It is wordy, you gotta read pages of blah blah to find the main idea. Every thing in this book is written in black, titles, subtitles, terminologyinformation is hard to find.
