Goddard Purchased as a required text for a Health Policy class.very dry- but easy to understand-lots of examples from Pennsylvania since author is from Pittsburghlots of up to date information from 2009-2010. but that is where it stops- so be prepared- some things are out of date already.. The author clearly defines the processes of health policy making, including modification. This is an excellent book. More healthcare professionals are realizing that understanding and influencing legislation is part of their professional duty, and this book is an excellent resource
