However, you might need to use other resources to fully understand the grammar point.I think the price is too high (~$ 20 ) for what you can learn from this book.. I used this and I passed the N3 I passed the JLPT N3 this past year, through using this series even though I did not complete all of the books. This book just list grammar forms (many times without explanations in English, but it is made for also Chinese and Korean speakers I believe). You could use a website like Jgram to look up more in-dept explanations of the grammar points if you're confused about any of the grammar points listed in this book. I definitely suggest working through some kind of JLPT books if you are planning to take the test, because having a Japanese major a. Good , but far from perfect. There is some mistakes in the translations (for exemple, some passive voices are not translated as passive voices), and for many grammatical structures, there is no explanations at all, so I had to ask my friends or google it, which was a loss of time
