fun and well written Fascinating, fun and well written! Of course the pictures are great. An American master at work.. Excellent!! ELIZABETH Wonderful Sorel, in words and in pictures. An entertaining story with marvelous illustrations. A real treat.Highly recommend.. Joseph Egan said Illustrations and text make this book a MUST!. I read the book when it was still in Advance Review Copy stage. First of all Sorel's illustrations are simply wonderful; among the best of his Hollywood caricatures. They capture a surreal, almost impressionist but always brilliant view of the principals in the story. I Just wish there were more of them. As for the text, it is a delightfully amusing and an extremely personal look at Mary Astor and The Astor-Thorpe custody battle as it impacted on Sorel's life. He pretty much tells the story the way the media and other writers saw and wrote about it over the year
