"The Good, The Bad, the controversy explained!" according to Ahmed Abdulameer. too much controversy about this book yet it's best selling! Here's my points of view about this book and will tell you at the end if you should buy it:The Good: just think of it as the first aid equivalent to step 2 CK, it covers all the main subject tested from surgery, medicine, GYNOB, paediatrics, psychology and epidemiology (all in one Book). Its a good source for review if you're close to test day and have no time to work through books. And it highlights vital informations you might have missed while prepa. Good, but isn't as comprehensive as others. The "organization" of this book makes my head spin. From topics having entries in more than one chapter/section to having next to nothing on common topicsPROS- Has an individual section on each of the following topics: Ophthalmology, Radiology, Allergy and Immunology, and Preventive Medicine - which is unique to this book as First Aid for Step 2 CK and Step Up to CK not have individual chapters on these topics.- Has practice questions throughout the chapters.CONS- No Musculoskeletal section- Some topics are vag. I was disappointed by this book so bad I would say that when I bought this book I hoped it to at least cover the most important topics. I know it is impossible to cover MEDICINE in one review book, but I will also say this book lacks A LOT OF ESSENTIAL INFORMATION (if you compare it to UWORD QBANKS), there are several important topics missing, I was disappointed by this book so bad.
