This is a Theremin? Clemulus Wish I'm allowed to give it a one word, three letter review. If I was, it would be; Ugh.I guess I'd give it two stars. One star b/c I was able to assemble everything successfully and added a second star b/c the packaging was even more entertaining then the product.The packaging includes a 90 page manual that looks highly enjoyable except that it is written entirely in Japanese.The only thing I can say about the actual product is that it seems it should be geared towards three year old children, not adults.Lastly, do not attempt t. "it's limited to a pretty narrow (mostly high) frequency range" according to Allen. The electronics are solid and the plastic housing is decent quality and well-packaged. There is some basic assembly, intuitive enough, but there are no directions in English.The legs need to be lightly glued on and so does the speaker, or these things would fall out and loose, respectively. Glue is not provided. It may be indicated, but EVERYTHING is in Chinese. You will need an optical . this theramin sucks I received this as a gift as I have long admired theremins. The sound this toy emits is very unpleasant and stressful. If you cannot afford a real theremin, do not buy one, this is no substitute.
