Poorly done and not helpful C. Sabolich There is no index or cross references. I don't know if they thought they were saving ink or what but the names of the recipes are in size 8 font and not even fully black ink. The name of this book really should be 100 ways to use avocado and a few things with coconut. I'm terribly disappointed.One of the recipes is Opened Faced Tuna Sandwich. It calls for bread and Hellmans mayo. I bet most wome. Not Bulletproof :-/ I don't like giving negative reviews, but I want to prevent people from being mislead as I was. After reading the Bulletproof Diet book by Dave Asprey, I was looking for a cookbook that followed those guidelines. Unfortunately, this cookbook doesn't. It includes grains, bananas, and dairy that are in the "kryptonite" section of Dave's book. It's possible that this cookbook is a "healthy" book an. This doesn't even follow the guidelines in the book! This doesn't even follow the guidelines in the book! How can it be sold as a companion to the diet?
