"A 5 STARR Keeper!" according to Betty Parr. The first book was great! But this one is also, A definite one to keep on your shelf of favorites. Looking thru brought back a lot of great memories - and also some recipes that I had misplaced - that I use to whip up. Fried Cabbage, Ham and red-eye gravy - which is great and the 'baked' chicken salad is most definitely one I will be trying. Just a great book, and definitely one you will be using all the time. This book is most definitely on my shelf with my Favorites!
