Amazing Arachnids My youngest daughter LOVES creepy crawlies, but my eldest hates them. As I didn't feel it was very festive to try and face her phobias, I thought it best just to share this wonderful book with the little one! We've shared a couple of Kay de Silva's picture books in the past, and as with the others, this is packed full of lovely, bright clear colour photographs and a great deal of fascinating facts too. I found that it has just the right amount of facts as to not bore the reader ( or child being read to ). I enjoyed the book. I hope that by reading this book to my grandchildren they will come to appreciate spiders and the role they play in our ecosystem.. awesome pictures and information Zweet The book was informative and interesting. I read it with my grandnephew (age six) and he wanted to finish reading it all in one seating; which we did. He retained a lot of the material - which he repeated to his dad at the end of the day when his dad returned to pick him up. Thank you for high quality book.
