Courtney N said Great step by step guide. Some people say this book is too simple, but for me it is perfect. I come from a large family but I am the youngest, so this is all new to me. Although most of the early recipes are really simple, I appreciate the step by step instruction- you can mess up baby food, and the last thing I want to do is hurt my little guy! I feel like reading this book, I now know exactly what to do once my baby starts solids in a few months. It also has some useful tips- most babies like X food better if you mix it with a little Y that they ate last month, it makes the texture more palat. Good for beginners I had no idea what I was doing when I started making baby food. So far this book has been really helpful. I think it should've been more clear that everything should be peeled. Aside from that, it's great for a beginner mom who hasn't got a clue where to start! I'm excited to get to some of the fun recipes like pumpkin risotto!
