I anxiously awaited the publication of this new book by Dr Henry Cloud and had even pre-ordered it. I was not disappointed and believe he did well to build upon previous work on this subject.This book was an excellent read. As a pastor who works with small groups and helping people connect in relationships this book is especially helpful in understanding the “psychology” behind relational connection.Oft. Interesting and helpful, especially leaders and business execs Randy Dr. Cloud presents a solid thesis with good supporting examples and data on why anyone can achieve something greater with the right relationships. He also does a great job explaining how to identify those relationships. Would really enjoy a practical sequel on "how" to construct an effective system of Corner Four relationships e.g., type and frequency of interaction, adding/removing those relationships if necessary. I liked the book and basically when you read through all Teya I liked the book and basically when you read through all 4 relationship corners you can find yourself (or at least a bit) in each one of them. Book gives you good insight what would be the proper way and a bit less on how to achieve it.Also the second half of the book is a little long-winded.
