An amazing journey full of characters you really start to care about. I read the first two books years ago since after the movie I really wanted to find out more about Six. Then I forgot about the series for several years. When I got the urge to read more, I quickly devoured the books that had been written so far. Then I had to wait until this book came out, which I'm not used to doing. As soon as I started reading though, I felt I was among good friends and couldn't put it down since I was totally invested in their lives. This whole series has been an amazing journey and full of things. John Flowers said No more numbersA fitting end. After watching the movie I became interested and found and read all the main story books and have enjoyed them and have looked forward to the next one.What i liked about this book in particular is the devolpment of the plot and how it accomplishes quite a bit more than what usually what'd take a whole book to do.The maturation and growth of the characters is also interesting.Especially John Smith and how him and others handle loss/depression which he literally goes through all 5 stages of.And how he comes out of it st. "Faithful fan till the end!" according to Logan K. I have been reading these books and excerpts since the start. I read them voraciously and preordered every book. It was a fantastic ending to a series that has been with me now for years. They didn't do the movie justice to what these books have left with me. This will always be one of my favorite book series. Thank you for writing such wonderful material to take me to another world and letting me spend time with such admirable entities. It is truly appreciated.Avid fan & reader!
