I am embarrassed to say that I never completely understood the Electoral College system, and certainly didn't understand how beneficial the system is to our country's presidential election process. First, I read Tara Ross's "Enlightened Democracy" (for adults), wishing I had been taught the whys and hows as a child. Then, voila! Here comes a book written by the same author for ch.
