I have bought (as opposed to borrowed) pretty much every book written by comedians and about comedians (I have Amy Schumer's book on the way as I type this) and I was excited to start reading this until I started reading itall of the pre-publicity and descriptions of the book touted it as a "growing out of being an awkward tomboy" book and this book wasn't that at all! Especially considering several chapters were about Jessi winning an Emmy, trying to get pregna. Amazon Customer said Two Stars. Only funny if you are a gen-xer with serious self-doubt, low self esteem, and from NYC.
