Not only was it poorly written and edited, but it actually contains wrong information that would cause a CEN exam taker to miss questions. It is surprising how many people gave this book a good review. I suspect that many of them were simply amazon reviewers and not emergency room nurses at all.. Don't write a review book for emergency nurses if you have no idea what you are talking about. Venom and poison are different.Update: I contacted Trivium and they are issuing a full refund. They say they are under new management and are considering a new edition.. "Don't waste your money on this book!" according to Amazon Customer. Terrible book. I would give it zero stars if I could. Painful to read because of all the grammar errors. Content is very brief and too simplistic. Reads like it was written by someone without a medical background for people not in the medical field. Needless to say, I returned it the next day!
