"Book is ok. The book title & tag line are misleading" according to DCG. The book title & cover are pretty misleading. This book main focus of the book seems to be them promoting their virtual Assistant business. They go over how they built their business, month by month, but the business is only 1 year old. They refer to times as 'the early days', but the business really still is in its early days.They discuss how to they use tools like Slack, Trello, and Chargify to 'Optimize, Automate, and Outsource' some parts of their business (and say that they coach clients to do the same thing), but don't go into a lot of sp. Nick and Ari are the REAL DEAL I was already a fan of Ari's excellent books on optimizing, automating, and outsourcing your life. But what I loved about THIS read was seeing how Nick and Ari worked together to build a start-up business that took no outside funding or personal financial investment yet has thrived and grown each month.It really IS possible--with the right idea AND the right execution--to optimize, automate, and outsource a start-up built aroundwait for itoptimizing, automating, and outsourcing!Confused? You won't be once you read their gripping account of just. Brilliant book for effectiveness freaks (like me) I had already read Ari's first book and was hooked. I have read all of the top books on effectiveness but none really offer the knowledge on the tools that make it possible. This book does.
