Just beautiful, and so much easier on the eyes. I love pink, and have always wanted a pink Bible. I was so happy when I found this, and having the larger type is SO helpful. I ended up buying one for my mother as well, but in lavender, and she loves her's too! It makes a very nice gift, and a thoughtful one as well, for those of us for whom it's getting harder & harder to read a regular Bible, even with our reading glasses on! If you are looking for genuine leather binding, this is not the product. The product description is called Flexi soft. I went to the Publishers site to find out more about the binding and it is listed as flexi soft leather. There is no additional information on whether or not it is bonded or genuine leather. The cover on the outside is the flexi soft material over thick paper. As you normally find in a bonded leather. Other than being disappointed by the cover, the bible is very well made.. They are so thin that you can see the words from the next page. Its only minor though, its not overly annoying. (If you use a highlighter, it will show through on the other page.)
