NASB Thinline Bible, Large Print, Burgundy Leather Pee Tee I just received my "NASB Thinline Bible, Large Print" today. I wanted to provide a "current update" for those interested in purchasing this Bible.As others have pointed out, this Bible is amazingly "thin." It measures 3/4" thick (9.6" tall, and 6.6" wide). Needless to say, the pages have to be very thin in order to squeeze-in over 1100 pages into such a thin package (actually 1100 divided by 2 front & back pages). You will need to choose your highlighters carefully, or you will have problems with "bleed-through." I might also point out that the cover is a "Bonded Leather" cov. Good bible. Tee I ordered this book for my mom for the large print it's fine for me but she has trouble seeing it. If you have trouble seeing I suggest the giant print (it's not as big as it sounds lol) but it's larger than this. I did not want a study Bible - just the NAS translation that was comfortable and compact to carry to church but had large enough text to use for my daily reading. This Bible is perfect. The text size is just right for me - I did not need the super large print. It is the perfect size to carry comfortably. I purchased the leather edition and it seems to be very well made. I am very happy with my purchase!
