"To be Nobody is to be considered disposable Every day, the nation's homeless, mentally ill, drug addicted and poor are pushed out of institutions of support and relocated to jails and prisons." I fell in love with this book because it is my story. I am the homeless; I am the mentally ill. My cousins are the drug addicted. Thought-Provoking! I have read quite a few books over the past few years dealing with police brutality, systemic racism, and general inequalities and some of them have been fluff pieces and others were groundbreaking in the material they presented so I was not sure what I was getting into when I started reading Nobody. The topics range from the killing of unarmed black men, to the water crisis in Flint, to the most bone chilling concept of feeling like a "nobody" in a. Pierre B said Just WoW - GET THIS BOOK NOW !!!!!. Just WoW.not only Mr Hill deals with the current event but he makes a point tracing the history of some of the current laws and how they came about. This book opened my eyes a bit more and I am thankful for it. Please get this book, you will not be disappointed.
