A great book. Geared toward pelvic floor disfunction Lisa I thought this was a great book. I was diagnosed with IC in feb 2015. After reading this book and joining the IC website, i found that my urologist has never even tried me on the standard things that most doctors do. He put me on Elmiron and sent me on my way. After reading this book, i'm trying to get myself into a Urogynecologist . It also has some stretching exercises in it which I found helpful and I have been doing them at home.
