This book is a must have for any provider that treats patients in an emergent setting. It gives you exactly the right amount of pathophysiology, general background, progression and treatment information to make in incredibly effective for nearly all of the conditions and complaints you may encoun. Thorough and useful book for review prior to ER exams. The dog's bollocks (as we say in the UK) of ER medicine. My recipient used this as a help in passing the ER boards.
