This book is ok-written.Poor layout and expensive.This book is required for a course in college.I don't think it's worth the price tag. The knowledge is seemingly easy to find on the internet.However, there are a few materials which teach you a thing or two about real management.. Required book, but not too bad I'm not allowed to discuss certain things about this book that I find negative but I think I can say this. don't buy used if you can avoid it. There are "tests" throughout it that you may find useful and a used book usually means marked up. The content is actually not too bad.
