Incredibly inspiring for both children and adults, and the pictures are gorgeous (as is the norm with Nancy Tillman's books). The message - that everyone is important and is on this earth for a reason - is so beautiful that it's hard not to cry reading it (ma. "Love this book!" according to Bunny Hugger. This is a wonderful book. I gave it to my 6 year old nephew when his baby brother was born, and gave the new baby "On The Night You Were Born".
